  • ​Hardware and software support as well as servicing can be done onsite.​ This is done in collaboration​ with Go-IT services.

• Remote Desktop Support

  • ​As long as you have an internet connection I will connect to your machine at a time of your choosing and help you out with any computer problems. It is very safe and is as good as if I were actually there in person but the costs are much cheaper as there are no transport costs or call out fees.

• ​Computer and Tech Sales (Hardware and Software)

  • ​I will supply you with computers / tech of your choosing. I am constantly checking all suppliers and online sites for the best possible price on all computer and tech items.

  • I sell all kinds of computer and tech hardware or software. I deal only with suppliers who have a good after sales support setup so that you the customer are always assured of good quality service and backup.

  • I also only buy brands that I personally support and that again also have a good support network locally as well as internationally.

  • If you are looking for a brand that I feel does not have good support, I will advise you thereof and suggest alternatives.

• ​Virus, Spyware, Bloatware and Malware Removal

  • I will connect to your device and remove viruses and then make sure that you have an effective anti-virus program that is 100% up to date and advise you on best practices to avoid future virus attacks.

  • I will connect to your device and remove known malware, bloatware and spyware infections and advise you on the best practices for future avoidance of the aforementioned programs.

• ​Software Installations

  • I will install any customer specific software using best practices and then also remove any unwanted toolbar's or programs that are no longer being used or that have been installed together with “free” programs installed previously that the user was unaware of at the time.
